Tomato Soup Recipe

Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients:                      
Tomatoes: 1 kg
Garlic cloves: 6
Onion: 1
Black pepper: 1 tsp
White pepper: ½ tsp
Chinese salt: ½ tsp
Vinegar: 3 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Butter: 2 tbsp
Corn flour: 2tbsp
 Dry mix herbs: 1 tsp
Water or chicken stock: 8 cups
Garnish:
Fresh cream: ½ cup
Croutons: as required
(To make croutons, dice a bread slice and deep fry in hot oil.
Methods:
In a pot put tomatoes, onin, garlic and 8 cups of water and boil it when about 5 cups of water remains.  
 Blend it and thick it with corn flour.
In the end add salt, sugar, vinegar, Chinese salt, butter, white and black pepper and mix well.
Presentation:
Serve hot with garnish on the side.
