Russian Salad
Ingredient:
Potatoes: 2-3 medium
Carrots: 2 medium
Peas: 1 cup
Pineapple: 1 cup
Apples: 2-3 medium
Grapes: ½ cup
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Egg: 2(hard boiled)
Salt: as taste
Chinese salt: ½ tsp
Sugar: 1tsp
White pepper powder: 1 tsp
Mayonnaise: 1 cup
Fresh cream: ½ cup
Method:
Cut all the vegetables and fruits in equal size.
In 1 ½ litre boiling water, cook each vegetable separately on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, drain and put some cold water.
Mix all the vegetable and fruits with both salt, sager white pepper and lemon juice.
Whip cream and mix with mayonnaise .now add fruits and vegetables, cut the eggs and mix well and refrigerate.
