Hot and sour soup Recipe

Hot and sour soup Recipe

Ingredient:

Chicken (Boiled very small pieces): 4 ounces

Chicken broath: 12 cups

One carrot cut it in juliennes

3 ounces cabbage (chopped)

Salt: 2tsp

Chinese salt: 2tsp

White vinegar: 4tbsp

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

Corn flour: 4 tbsp

Egg whites: 4

Oil: 2tbsp (optional)

Method:

Put the chicken broth and chicken in pot, when it stats boiling add vegetables when vegetables are soft add salt, Chinese salt, black pepper and thick it with corn flour after that add beaten egg whites slowly. At the end if u like add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Soup is ready

Serve it with soya sauce, chilli sauce and chopped green chilli (put green chilli in vinegar)
